1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books, including Sales Invoices and Purchase Requisitions, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for BIR audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents according to company procedures.
5. Prepare expense-related payment summaries, including Intercompany payments, Country Manager's trip expense reports, rental payments, and vendor payments not claimed by boutiques.
6. Receive and address pending payment issues from the Accounting agency and Finance, coordinating with relevant parties to revise payment requests and contact vendors for additional documentation.
7. Manage and organize financial documents.

1. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
5. Basic understanding of accounting principles

No prior experience required, but a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
