Christian Dior Finance Director

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS) ensuring fiscal compliance.
- Manage financial accounting, payment transactions, and working capital.
- Prepare financial plans, cash flow forecasts, and investment budgets.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Serve as a sparring partner for cost control.
- Improve financial processes through automation and digitalization.
- Manage relationships with external service providers such as tax, audit, and IT.
- Oversee IT infrastructure.
- Communicate with international teams on financial and IT matters.

- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Management experience in finance within an international manufacturing company.
- Understanding of manufacturing business models and value creation.
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting, Controlling & Reporting, and FP&A.
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements (HGB/IFRS).
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and management information systems.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in finance within an international manufacturing company is required.
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
