1. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
2. Oversee monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS) ensuring fiscal compliance.
3. Manage financial accounting, payment transactions, and working capital.
4. Prepare financial plans, cash flow forecasts, and investment budgets.
5. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Ensure timely financial reporting and analysis.
7. Serve as a sparring partner for cost control.
8. Improve financial processes through automation and digitalization.
9. Manage relationships with external service providers such as tax, audit, and IT.
10. Oversee IT infrastructure.
11. Communicate with international teams on financial and IT matters.
12. Represent financial topics at Economic Committee meetings.

1. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Management experience in finance within an international manufacturing company.
3. Understanding of manufacturing business models and value creation.
4. Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting, Controlling & Reporting, and FP&A.
5. Proficiency in preparing financial statements (HGB/IFRS).
6. Fluency in German and English.
