1. Assist the F&B team in daily operations to support the launch of new cafés and restaurants globally.
2. Conduct audits of training programs within the luxury hospitality sector.
3. Participate in defining, developing, and updating training programs for café and restaurant teams based on Dior F&B standards.
4. Contribute to the definition of standards and processes for audits and visits.
5. Aid in implementing action plans for continuous quality and service improvement.
6. Participate in the development of F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
7. Conduct regular benchmarks of luxury F&B trends and perform competitive analysis.
8. Review F&B performance through weekly KPI analysis and report potential issues to management.
9. Analyze consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
10. Coordinate necessary orders for opening projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a Business School or Hospitality/F&B School.
2. At least one strategic experience in hospitality/F&B support services.
3. Understanding of the luxury/high-end sector.
4. Ability to write and structure clear and readable content.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1. Strong analytical skills for performance review and consumer feedback analysis.
2. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
3. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with at least one strategic experience in hospitality or F&B support services.

Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
