1. Assist the F&B team in daily operations and contribute to the launch of new cafés and restaurants globally.
2. Conduct audits of training programs in luxury hospitality and participate in their development and updates.
3. Define standards and processes for audits and visits, and assist in implementing action plans for quality and service improvement.
4. Participate in the development of F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
5. Conduct regular benchmarks of luxury F&B trends and perform competitive analysis.
6. Review F&B performance through weekly KPI analysis and report potential issues to management.
7. Analyze consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
8. Coordinate orders necessary for opening projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a Business School or Hospitality/F&B School.
2. At least one strategic experience in hospitality or F&B support services.
3. Understanding of the luxury/high-end sector.

1. Ability to write and structure clear and readable content.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
