1. Develop and implement an operational strategy for Dior Americas Facilities to support growth and ensure high-quality operations.
2. Participate in quarterly reviews and planning sessions for facilities and project management.
3. Assess and enhance vendor relationships and contracts to improve service and efficiency.
4. Lead the facilities team to meet the needs of boutiques and remote offices.
5. Manage both planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance needs.
6. Oversee cleaning program scope and contracts.
7. Coordinate boutique projects, including improvements and upgrades.
8. Monitor energy management systems and utilities.
9. Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with relevant legislation.
10. Foster a client-driven approach to all facilities needs.
11. Utilize and improve work order management tools to enhance efficiency.
12. Drive adoption of management tools in boutiques and with vendors.
13. Champion new initiatives to enhance service efficiency and quality.
14. Develop and evaluate SOPs and processes for improvement opportunities.
15. Assist in budget and expense planning for operational and capital projects.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
