Christian Dior Facilities Manager

- Develop and implement an operational strategy for Dior Americas Facilities to support growth and ensure high-quality operations.
- Participate in quarterly reviews and planning sessions for facilities and project management.
- Assess and enhance vendor relationships and contracts to improve service and efficiency.
- Lead the facilities team to meet the needs of boutiques and remote offices.
- Manage both planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance needs.
- Oversee cleaning program scope and contracts.
- Coordinate boutique projects, including improvements and upgrades.
- Monitor energy management systems and utilities.
- Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Foster a client-driven approach to all facilities needs.
- Utilize and improve work order management tools to enhance efficiency.
- Drive adoption of management tools in boutiques and with vendors.
- Champion new initiatives to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- Develop and evaluate SOPs and processes for improvement opportunities.
- Assist in budget and expense planning for operational and capital projects.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior organizational and customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
