Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, ideally within a luxury retail or hospitality setting.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

$110,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
