1. Communicating and forming positive relationships with suppliers.
2. Conducting regular floor walks to inspect general conditions of Boutiques/Concessions.
3. Supporting Boutique Operations initiatives and projects as needed.
4. Raising purchase orders and checking completion of works.
5. Managing the Facilities Finance Tracker.
6. Booking works and monitoring the planned maintenance schedule.
7. Supporting with staff phones.
8. Reviewing uniform orders and following up with store contacts.
9. Monitoring the storage of non-stock items in the UK Warehouse.

1. Exceptional attention to detail.
2. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
3. Strong administration and organizational skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication.
5. Proactive problem solving and critical thinking.
6. Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Beginner

Must be available for at least 6 months and able to work full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with flexibility to work weekends and nights when needed.
