1. Communicate and establish positive relationships with suppliers.
2. Conduct regular inspections of boutiques and concessions to assess general conditions.
3. Support boutique operations initiatives and projects as required.
4. Raise purchase orders and verify the completion of works.
5. Manage the Facilities Finance Tracker.
6. Coordinate and book maintenance works.
7. Monitor the planned maintenance schedule and ensure accurate record-keeping.
8. Assist with staff phone management.
9. Review uniform orders and liaise with store contacts.
10. Oversee the storage of non-stock items in the UK warehouse.
