1. Manage and oversee a network of external footwear manufacturers, ensuring alignment with company standards in cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
2. Promote the adoption of best practices in production organization, product development, occupational health and safety, environmental standards, and cybersecurity.
3. Represent the company in negotiations with external manufacturers, ensuring efficient and productive collaborations.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of external sites, including regular on-site visits and assessments of ISO 45001 certifications.
5. Facilitate coordination between internal departments and external manufacturers to resolve supply chain, quality, and development issues.
6. Drive economic performance initiatives and promote best practices among external partners.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Significant experience in managing external partners.
3. In-depth knowledge of industrial production site management tools and issues.
4. Familiarity with regulatory and contractual matters.

4. High standards of rigor and organizational capacity.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing external manufacturing partners is required.
