1. Ensure the quality and cleanliness of the suite at 30 Avenue Montaigne.
2. Develop and manage the work schedule for housekeeping staff.
3. Supervise, verify, and train housekeeping teams.
4. Manage inventory and supplies for housekeeping.
5. Inspect rooms, common areas, storage, and reserves.
6. Maintain a collaborative relationship with the Maintenance department and ensure follow-up on issues.
7. Address guest complaints in coordination with the butler service.
8. Manage guest reserves and preferences.
9. Track guest preferences (Cardex) and communicate changes to the butler service.

1. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
2. BTS in Hospitality and Catering Management or equivalent.
3. BAC in Hospitality Technology or equivalent.
4. BP in Housekeeping or equivalent.
5. CAP in Hotel Services or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
