Christian Dior Executive Assistant to SVP Finance & Operations & Chief Commercial Officer

- Provide high‑level administrative support to the SVP Finance & Operations and the Chief Commercial Officer, managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings and handling sensitive correspondence.
- Coordinate and produce executive‑grade communications, presentations and memos using established brand and corporate guidelines (including PowerPoint).
- Orchestrate all domestic and international travel logistics for senior leadership and designated visitors; prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel approvals.
- Lead corporate travel management as primary liaison with travel agency partners: develop and refine travel policies, ensure budget compliance and identify cost‑efficient solutions.
- Plan and execute on‑site and off‑site meetings and conferences, negotiate venue arrangements, secure AV/equipment needs and manage event logistics.
- Reconcile, track and approve executive expense reports and maintain accurate records of expenditures.
- Screen telephone calls, handle routine inquiries, and route sensitive information appropriately while exercising discretion and confidentiality.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive records, reports and reference materials; document actions on sensitive issues and release information to authorized parties as directed.
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting C‑level or senior executives, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or a complex corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions with discretion and tact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and polished telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrated experience in complex calendar management, multi‑party meeting coordination and executive travel logistics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum five years of C‑level or senior executive assistant experience with a track record of supporting multiple senior leaders, managing international travel programs, and handling confidential, high‑stakes communications.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
