1. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Head Office and Boutique teams.
2. Support the General Manager in business development and commercial activities, including managing approvals and signatures.
3. Prepare and participate in business presentations and reviews.
4. Coordinate and manage transversal and pan-regional projects.
5. Arrange daily meetings, manage travel agendas, and handle expenses.
6. Ensure efficient organization of digital folders and take minutes of meetings.
7. Assist in operational retail tasks, such as boutique openings and pop-ups.
8. Collaborate closely with various departments including Marketing, Operations, Training, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and HR.
9. Negotiate with potential service suppliers.
10. Oversee office management duties, including organizing meetings and team events.
11. Manage office suppliers and cooperation partners.
12. Facilitate daily operations for teams, including ordering materials.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in assisting or office management, preferably in hospitality or retail.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
3. Adaptability and discretion.
4. Initiative and autonomy with a solution-oriented mindset.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.

At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
