1. Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs and timelines.
2. Manage event calendars and support post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
3. Conduct research for upcoming events and support on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
4. Assist with charity initiatives, including purchasing tickets and liaising with boutiques.
5. Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar management.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.

1. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
2. Initiative and capability to work independently.
3. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and assignments.
4. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
5. Clear and concise communication skills.
6. Dependability and accuracy in time-sensitive tasks.
7. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Pro.

At least 6 months of prior experience is required, ideally in a related field.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
