Christian Dior Events Coordinator

- Coordinate and execute retail events across the Americas, encompassing concept ideation, logistics planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
- Lead vendor sourcing and relationship management, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high-quality service delivery.
- Support the implementation of the Retail Event Strategy, enhancing reporting systems and tools to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Manage the annual budget for retail events, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor negotiations, in collaboration with the Event Manager.
- Collaborate with Paris Headquarters to deliver detailed event briefings and reports, ensuring global consistency in event execution and brand messaging.
- Assist the Events team with administrative tasks such as updating internal calendars, reporting systems, vendor lists, template creation, and expense tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development; luxury fashion brand experience is advantageous.
- Experience in event production is beneficial.
- Retail experience at a luxury fashion brand is a plus.
- Ability to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability to changing business demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional acumen.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Team-oriented and respectful of colleagues.
- Strong diligence and organizational skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development, preferably within a luxury fashion brand.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
The salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
