1. Assist in coordinating and organizing local and international events that enhance Dior's brand image and client portfolio.
2. Conduct supplier research for dinners and soirées.
3. Perform trend and visual research to inform event planning.
4. Oversee production elements, including decor and event-specific materials.
5. Coordinate graphic materials such as invitations and menus.
6. Provide logistical support, including shipping materials internationally and managing event decor inventory.
7. Attend events to assist with setup and execution.
8. Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visa formalities.
9. Support the billing process and follow-up.

1. Previous experience in event management is preferred.
2. Strong interest in lifestyle and hospitality.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

1. Fluent in French and English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Dynamic, rigorous, stress management, teamwork, responsiveness, versatility, and curiosity.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in event management.
