1. Support the Event Project Manager in organizing dinners, parties, and cocktails.
2. Coordinate and organize local and international events to enhance Dior's brand image and client portfolio.
3. Research suppliers for events.
4. Conduct trend and visual research.
5. Oversee production of event decor and elements.
6. Coordinate graphic materials such as invitations and menus.
7. Assist with logistics, including shipping materials and managing event decor stock.
8. Attend events to assist with setup.
9. Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visa formalities.
10. Assist with billing processes and follow-up.

1. First experience in event management is ideal.
2. Interest in lifestyle and hospitality.

1. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Dynamic, rigorous, stress management, teamwork, responsiveness, versatility, and curiosity.

Entry-level experience in event management is preferred.
