Responsibilities
- Support the Event Project Manager in organizing dinners, parties, and cocktails.
- Coordinate and organize local and international events to enhance Dior's brand image and client portfolio.
- Research suppliers for events.
- Conduct trend and visual research.
- Oversee production of event decor and elements.
- Coordinate graphic materials such as invitations and menus.
- Assist with logistics, including shipping materials and managing event decor stock.
- Attend events to assist with setup.
- Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visa formalities.
- Assist with billing processes and follow-up.
Qualifications
- First experience in event management is ideal.
- Interest in lifestyle and hospitality.
Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Dynamic, rigorous, stress management, teamwork, responsiveness, versatility, and curiosity.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience in event management is preferred.
