Christian Dior European Financial Controller

- Lead and manage a team of four, including three controllers and one intern, within the European Financial Control department.
- Ensure the development and enhancement of team members' skills and promote collaboration and synergy within the team and across departments.
- Guarantee the reliability of financial data, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow, ensuring IFRS compliance and adherence to monthly reporting deadlines for the Central Finance Department and European General Management.
- Oversee budgetary and forecasting processes for the European region, including budgets, forecasts, and three-year plans.
- Analyze performance, identify improvement levers, and propose action plans to optimize operating profit and costs.
- Communicate financial information to European General Management and prepare budget presentations.
- Review business plans for European network development projects.
- Act as a key business partner for financial and retail projects across Europe, ensuring compliance with accounting, financial control, taxation, POS, and omnichannel standards.
- Participate in project design, coordinate central and local teams, and drive financial process harmonization across the region.
- Provide strategic support to the CFO Europe on various financial topics and offer analytical support to inform strategic decisions.
- Engage and unify the financial community in Europe, addressing specific issues such as fraud and payment, accounting, and tax matters.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in audit, financial control, or finance, including team management, ideally in international retail.

A minimum of 10 years in audit, financial control, or finance, with team management experience, preferably in international retail.
Master's degree in Finance or Management (Bac+5).
