Christian Dior Europe e-Merchandiser

- Monitor product KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including sales, sell-through, delivery rate, return rate, and average ticket, and produce periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Maximize collection performance and stock efficiency through buying sessions, weekly stock monitoring, and coordinating replenishment and rebalancing from and toward retail/central warehouse.
- Optimize e-visual merchandising based on performance analysis by coordinating with central e-merchandisers for collection launches, specific product activations, and catalogue cleaning for Dior.com.
- Define newsletter and performance marketing product selection based on specific communication needs and category performances.
- Manage the visibility of longtail stock through blacklist and safety stock tools, in accordance with supply chain indications and specific needs.
- Support buying campaigns through ad hoc analysis.
- Perform competitive analysis on the latest trends and best practices from e-commerce competitors.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in merchandising, e-merchandising, or e-commerce.
- Strong interest in digital platforms and product sensibility.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Luxury experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep dive into data.
- Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of analytics KPIs and tools such as Power Bi, Google Analytics, and Qlik Sense is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, e-merchandising, or e-commerce is required.
