1. Negotiate and provide counsel on various commercial contracts related to service and finished product procurement, logistics, and transportation.
2. Advise on legal matters concerning boutiques, jewelry and watch workshops, and corporate offices, including general services, freelance, and communication.
3. Handle legal issues related to the Food & Beverage sector and supplier disputes.
4. Provide support and advice on consumer law, including drafting and updating terms and conditions and managing customer complaints.
5. Offer legal guidance to operational teams, including risk awareness training and the development and implementation of training programs.
6. Monitor and manage legal and regulatory updates, ensuring continuous communication with zone lawyers and key stakeholders.

1. Qualified to practice EU law
2. Degree in Law
3. Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in the fashion/jewelry/luxury industry with a combination of in-house and law firm experience
4. Experience working in international environments
5. Proven commercial orientation
6. Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer law; knowledge of the jewelry/watch sector is a plus

5. Fluency in French and English, including negotiation and drafting

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within the fashion, jewelry, or luxury sectors, combining in-house and law firm exposure.
