- Monitor EMEA business performance daily, assessing target fulfillment against assumptions.
- Prepare weekly presentations for the EMEA executive committee and bi-weekly business updates for top management.
- Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to identify patterns and trends, translating them into actionable insights.
- Design and build reports tailored to regional and local needs, ensuring continuous improvement of analytical tools.
- Act as the key analytics contact for local e-commerce managers, providing training and support.
- Identify development needs and collaborate with Central BI & Web Analytics departments to create relevant dashboards.
- Consolidate weekly animation calendars with the e-Merchandising team to align sales objectives with KPI goals.
- Conduct competitive benchmarks and ad-hoc analyses to facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Improve website on-site search performance, considering local specificities.
- Coordinate collection launches and manage weekly visual merchandising updates for Dior.com.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment requests, and rebalance stock to enhance merchandise efficiency.
- Degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on analytical subjects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, financial, or data analysis with a strong business acumen.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Full proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital, and web analytics KPIs and tools such as Google Analytics 4, PowerBI, and ContentSquare.
A minimum of 3 years in business analysis, financial analysis, or data analysis, preferably within the luxury or retail industries.
Degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on analytical subjects.
