1. Define the editorial strategy and calendar for internal communication tools.
2. Create and promote content, including writing articles, managing newsletters, coordinating video projects, and updating intranet and internal social network content.
3. Manage the internal social network community, promote the app, and create live videos.
4. Oversee digital projects, develop digital tools, create new functionalities, and coordinate with IT teams.
5. Regularly monitor various internal communication tools.
6. Conduct trend analysis and competitive and thematic monitoring.

1. Degree in Communication from a school such as CELSA or a Business School.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, with knowledge of the fashion or luxury sector.

1. Exceptional writing and editorial skills.
2. Strong aesthetic sensibility.
3. Proficiency in digital platforms and social media.
4. Fluency in French and English.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a plus.
6. Enthusiastic, rigorous, versatile, and dynamic.
7. Excellent listening, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

A minimum of 5 years in communication, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.

Degree in Communication or Business.
