1. Implement and optimize daily site merchandising updates in collaboration with the HQ E-Commerce team.
2. Monitor and report site bugs related to product and content display.
3. Analyze competition trends and e-commerce best practices.
4. Translate SEA/SEO texts.
5. Optimize on-site search results based on performance trends.
6. Review and validate translations for digital touchpoints including newsletters and social media.
7. Test new functionalities across all channels.
8. Support the marketing team with local retail events for E-Commerce customers.
9. Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS).
10. Test the ordering process.

1. Currently enrolled in a university program in Business or a related field.
2. First significant experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
4. Interest in digital trends.
5. Familiarity with E-Commerce/digital/analytics KPIs and tools such as Google Analytics is advantageous.
