Christian Dior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

- Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce operations, logistics, and boutique operations teams to ensure seamless and effective operations.
- Manage third-party relationships and facilitate effective and timely communication across all departments.
- Oversee the long-tail function and resolve stock issues by building strong partnerships with boutique operations teams.
- Manage after-care cases promptly, ensuring excellent customer service and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Provide general support to the wider E-Commerce team and participate in ad hoc projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a passion for building robust relationships.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Luxury experience preferred but not mandatory.
