Christian Dior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

1. Work closely with the E-Commerce operations team, logistics, and boutique operations to ensure seamless and effective operations.
2. Manage third-party relationships and cultivate effective and timely communication between all departments.
3. Take ownership of long-tail functions and resolve stock issues by building strong partnerships with the boutique operations team.
4. Manage all after-care cases promptly, ensuring excellent customer service and pragmatic problem-solving.
5. Provide general support to the wider E-Commerce team and handle ad hoc projects.

1. Luxury experience preferred but not necessary.

2. Strong stakeholder management skills with a passion for building strong relationships.
3. Data-driven and analytical mindset.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
