1. Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any anomalies in collaboration with central and warehouse teams.
2. Maintain effective communication with the call center to provide necessary solutions and responses to customer inquiries.
3. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality to ensure operational excellence.
4. Implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational feedback and challenges.
5. Reconcile information between Dior's systems (OMS, POS) and the e-commerce warehouse (WMS) to ensure stock accuracy.
6. Conduct necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies and ensure regular and accurate inventory management.

1. Currently in the final year of an engineering school program, equivalent to a Master's degree (Bac +5).

1. Strong interest in operational challenges.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Basic knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP systems is advantageous.
4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong customer orientation.
6. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with a strong academic background in engineering or related fields.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
