- Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt.
- Collaborate closely with central teams and e-commerce warehouse operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing alerts and anomalies.
- Maintain communication with the call center to provide necessary solutions to customers.
- Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems and the e-commerce warehouse systems.
- Ensure stock accuracy and conduct necessary adjustments in case of anomalies.
- Currently in the final year of an engineering school program (Bac +5).
- Strong interest in operational challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP software.
- Organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer focus.
- Proficient in English.
Entry-level experience is acceptable.
Currently in the final year of an engineering school program (Bac +5).
