1. Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring seamless execution.
2. Collaborate closely with central teams and e-commerce warehouse operations to address alerts and manage anomalies affecting customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain daily communication with the call center to provide necessary responses and solutions to clients.
4. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality.
5. Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
6. Reconcile information between Dior's IT systems and the e-commerce warehouse systems.
7. Ensure necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies and maintain regularity and quality of inventories.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level.
2. Strong interest in operational challenges.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of WMS, POS, and ERP systems is advantageous.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
5. Good command of English.
