1. Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any anomalies.
2. Collaborate closely with central teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Digital, Boutiques, IT) and e-commerce warehouse operations.
3. Maintain communication with the call center to provide necessary solutions and responses to customers.
4. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality.
5. Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.
6. Ensure stock management accuracy by reconciling information between Dior's systems (OMS, POS) and the e-commerce warehouse (WMS).
7. Perform necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies and ensure regular and accurate inventories.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level.
2. Interest in operational challenges.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Basic knowledge of software such as WMS, POS, and ERP is advantageous.
5. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
6. Strong customer orientation.
7. Proficiency in English.
