1. Develop strategic sales initiatives based on comprehensive sales analysis, customer insights, brand strategy, and global e-commerce directives to enhance company targets.
2. Collaborate actively with business stakeholders to implement effective e-commerce merchandising strategies.
3. Analyze product-level performance and purchase behavior, sharing insights with relevant teams to optimize stock, buying, and open-to-buy (OTB) decisions.
4. Provide insights into the Korean market, competition, and customer behavior trends to enhance online product and customer experiences.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions on OTB budgets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
6. Manage inventory effectively in accordance with the commercial calendar, coordinating with business stakeholders.
7. Oversee website visual merchandising and content to ensure optimization for local customer expectations, and propose improvements for the customer shopping journey.
8. Conduct training sessions and provide information to the Customer Service Center (CSC) team regarding new collection launches and key focus items regularly.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry with proven expertise in merchandising.

3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
4. Highly motivated and inspirational team leadership.
5. Proficiency in English and Korean.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum of 10 years in luxury retail merchandising, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
