1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate professional development strategy in collaboration with the Director of Talent Development.
2. Identify and address corporate development needs across all organizational levels, focusing on people management and early career professionals.
3. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in corporate learning and development.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on ROI analysis.
5. Continuously assess organizational needs to prioritize leadership and non-leadership development initiatives.
6. Design and facilitate customized team-building and leadership development experiences.
7. Oversee the execution of retail development programs, collaborating with regional VPs and HRBPs.
8. Lead the annual appraisal process and co-lead organizational management reviews.
9. Manage budget and resources for talent development initiatives.
10. Host quarterly information sessions on development tools and lead career conversations with talent.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate and leadership development.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
3. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
4. Attention to detail and ability to drive solutions and results.
5. Strong project management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate and leadership development is required.

The salary range is $150,000 - $165,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses.
