1. Lead the Dior Live transformation program for Manufacturing, collaborating with the Leather Goods & Shoes Industrial Management, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Collaboration, and Performance.
2. Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
3. Act as a sustainability liaison within the Ready-to-Wear Industrial Management, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
4. Monitor and analyze sustainability KPIs, including the percentage of certified materials and eco-designed products.
5. Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program as the Epic owner of 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW'.
6. Coordinate strategic presentations, including budgetary and three-year plans for the group.
7. Manage a team of project managers.

1. Minimum of 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within the Ready-to-Wear sector.
2. Fluency in English, French, and Italian is mandatory.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with at least 15 years in operational and managerial roles in the luxury Ready-to-Wear sector.
