- Lead the Dior Live transformation program for Manufacturing, collaborating with the Leather Goods & Shoes Industrial Management, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Collaboration, and Performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
- Act as a sustainability liaison within the Ready-to-Wear Industrial Management, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze sustainability KPIs, including the percentage of certified materials and eco-designed products.
- Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program as the Epic owner of 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW'.
- Coordinate strategic presentations, including budgetary and three-year plans for the group.
- Manage a team of project managers.
- Minimum of 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within the Ready-to-Wear sector.
- Fluency in English, French, and Italian is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and its quality standards.
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and listen to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead change, communicate effectively, and persuade others.
- Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking.
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with at least 15 years in operational and managerial roles in the luxury Ready-to-Wear sector.
