Director of Industrial Performance

1. Lead the Dior Live transformation program for Manufacturing, focusing on Product Lifecycle, Planning, Manufacturing, Collaboration, and Performance.
2. Implement continuous improvement on existing processes and tools.
3. Act as a liaison for the Sustainability department within the Industrial RTW division, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
4. Monitor and analyze sustainability KPIs, such as the percentage of certified materials and eco-designed products.
5. Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program as the Epic owner of 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW'.
6. Coordinate strategic presentations, including budgetary and three-year plans for the group.
7. Manage a team of project managers.

1. Minimum 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within Ready-to-Wear.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion sector and quality standards.
3. Fluency in English, French, and Italian is mandatory.
