1. Lead the Dior Live transformation program for Manufacturing, collaborating with the Leather Goods & Footwear Industrial Directorate, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Planning (MPS & MRP), Manufacturing (ERP), Collaboration (Supplier portal), and Performance (BI).
2. Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
3. Act as a liaison for the Sustainable Development department within the Ready-to-Wear Industrial Directorate, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
4. Monitor and analyze sustainability KPIs, including the percentage of certified materials and eco-designed products.
5. Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program, overseeing 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW' initiatives.
6. Coordinate strategic presentations, including budgetary and three-year plans for the group.
7. Manage a team of project managers.

1. Minimum of 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within the Ready-to-Wear sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and its quality standards.
3. Fluency in English, French, and Italian is mandatory.
