Christian Dior Director of Industrial Performance

- Lead the Dior Live transformation program for Manufacturing, collaborating with the Leather Goods & Footwear Industrial Directorate, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Planning (MPS & MRP), Manufacturing (ERP), Collaboration (Supplier portal), and Performance (BI).
- Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
- Act as a liaison for the Sustainable Development department within the Ready-to-Wear Industrial Directorate, promoting awareness through training and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze sustainability KPIs, including the percentage of certified materials and eco-designed products.
- Contribute to the Traceability & Authentication program, overseeing 'Map & Trace' and 'Source Tagging RTW' initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic presentations, including budgetary and three-year plans for the group.
- Manage a team of project managers.
- Minimum of 15 years of operational and managerial experience in a similar role within the Ready-to-Wear sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and its quality standards.
- Fluency in English, French, and Italian is mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of industrial operations and luxury market business challenges.
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt, listen, and achieve consensus with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead change, communicate effectively, and persuade.
- Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
