1. Define and implement clienteling strategy across all client tiers at the NY 57th Street Boutique.
2. Develop and grow existing top-tier clients in partnership with the Private Client Relations team.
3. Recruit new clients and cultivate relationships within local society circles.
4. Develop mid-tier clients into top-tier clients by promoting a culture of strategic client development.
5. Implement and ensure a differentiated and exceptional client journey and selling ceremony.
6. Manage VIP rooms and coordinate events to engage and recruit clients.
7. Lead the hospitality team and oversee food and beverage offerings for clients.
8. Reinforce Dior standards and strive for excellence in client interactions.
9. Promote and support a culture of client development and experience within the boutique.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Salary range of $150,000 - $185,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
