1. Define and implement the clienteling strategy across all client tiers at the House of Dior in Beverly Hills.
2. Develop and enhance relationships with top-tier clients in collaboration with the Private Client Relations team.
3. Recruit new clients and cultivate relationships within local social circles.
4. Transform high-potential mid-tier clients into top-tier clients through strategic client development and leveraging retail events.
5. Manage VIP rooms, including scheduling and event planning, to engage existing clients and attract new ones.
6. Lead the hospitality team and oversee the food and beverage offerings for clients.
7. Ensure exceptional client journeys and selling ceremonies, exceeding Dior standards and local expectations.
8. Reinforce Dior standards to develop long-term client relationships and achieve sales and KPI targets.
9. Collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of client development and experience within the boutique.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. The final offer will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
