1. Define and implement clienteling strategies across all client tiers in alignment with business strategy and budget.
2. Develop and enhance relationships with top-tier clients in collaboration with the Private Client Relations team.
3. Recruit new clients and cultivate relationships within local societal circles.
4. Transform high-potential mid-tier clients into top-tier clients through strategic development and leveraging retail events.
5. Ensure an exceptional client journey and selling ceremony that exceeds Dior standards and local expectations.
6. Manage VIP rooms and coordinate a calendar of events to engage and recruit clients.
7. Lead the hospitality team and oversee food and beverage offerings for clients.
8. Reinforce Dior standards to foster long-term client relationships and meet sales and KPI targets.
9. Promote a culture of client development and experience within the boutique.

1. Proven track record in client development and luxury retail management.

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail or client development roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary range of $185,000 - $200,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.
