Christian Dior Dior Heritage Coordinator

- Coordinate projects and requests addressed to Dior Heritage, including loan requests and photo shoots, and organize these with various department teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination of projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of dossiers for various departments, including research files and presentation updates.
- Assist the Collections team with exhibition projects, including creating lists of works and tracking reproductions.
- Supervise the production of inventory sheets for Dior Heritage and other departments, in collaboration with a freelance professional.
- Manage the shared schedule for Dior Heritage spaces, including visits and appointments.
- Receive and manage visit requests to Dior Heritage.
- Welcome external visitors to Dior Heritage and occasionally conduct tours for internal collaborators.
- Handle administrative and logistical follow-up related to acquisitions by Dior Heritage.
- Oversee department administration, including purchase orders, supplier account creation, and supply orders.
- Coordinate loan contracts in collaboration with the legal department and the Registry team.
- Manage onboarding for new arrivals, including IT equipment, supplies, and badges.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage emergencies and make decisions.
- Strong organizational, rigorous, and reactive capabilities.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks under pressure.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Proficiency in planning management.
- Fluent in English.
