1. Assist the Digital Learning Manager in managing the Mobile Learning platform, ensuring smooth operation and reliable KPI tracking.
2. Coordinate and manage publication schedules with various departments within Dior Academy.
3. Analyze training performance indicators and distribute a reporting newsletter to the global training community.
4. Support and engage the international community of trainers through strategic actions.
5. Create innovative digital training content and oversee development with partner agencies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital field (BAC +5 equivalent).
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Understanding of the Teams ecosystem.
5. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
