1. Assist the Digital Learning Manager in managing the Mobile Learning platform, ensuring seamless application functionality with partner agencies.
2. Administer the back office and application to maintain accurate and reliable KPI tracking.
3. Coordinate and manage the publication calendar in collaboration with various Dior Academy divisions.
4. Monitor and analyze training performance indicators, distributing a Reporting Newsletter to the global Trainers community.
5. Support and engage the international trainers' community, implementing initiatives to enhance participation.
6. Create innovative digital training content and oversee development with partner agencies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital (BAC +5 equivalent).
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.

1. Proficiency in Excel and other Office Suite tools.
2. Understanding of digital ecosystems and mobile-first content production.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and dynamism.
4. Creativity and a proactive approach.
5. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is advantageous.
6. Knowledge of the luxury sector and digital trends.
7. Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills.
8. Adaptability and responsiveness.

No prior experience required. Suitable for beginners.
