Christian Dior Digital Communications Trainee

1. Generate weekly press reports across all categories for digital press and influencer coverage
2. Monitor and capture digital coverage and file clippings
3. Handle sample trafficking and logistics for influencer talent requests
4. Assist with digital talent and press giftings on a weekly basis
5. Partner with PR team to maintain shared closet space
6. Manage logistics including shipping and receiving samples for send outs
7. Assist during PR events to ensure efficiency in operations
8. Assist with executing monthly DMR checks
9. Generate competitor analysis reporting
10. Identify new influencer talents and social trends
11. Assist with daily news updates
12. Support with daily administrative work as needed
13. Manage unpacking new sample shipments and adding into GPS system

1. Full-time, 12 Month Program
2. Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
3. At least 6 months of prior experience

1. Strong communications skills both verbal and written
2. Excellent follow-through practices
3. Exercise good judgment with a high level of maturity and discretion in interactions with digital talent and the press
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups
6. Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
7. Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
9. Knowledge of Fashion GPS
10. Knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Beginner

$20 per hour
