- Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant client experience by incorporating all core brand values and integrity throughout each interaction.
- Consistently deliver a highly professional approach and outstanding service; communicate effectively and with empathy via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
- Develop a digital client book with the ability to recruit and cultivate top clients.
- Escalate client issues requiring further resources to the appropriate supervisor to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Ensure all client communications align with Dior's policies and processes.
- Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when communicating with clients.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information according to Dior tools to retain current customers and identify new high-potential ones.
- Drive to achieve and exceed planned KPIs, such as sales, clienteling, and client experience.
- Recommend new and innovative approaches to address client concerns and share successful ideas within the team and department.
- Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.
- Bac+2 or equivalent from a higher education institution.
- Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
- Client-first mindset.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends.
Entry-level experience required, ideally within luxury sectors.
Bac+2 or equivalent from a higher education institution.
