1. Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant client experience by incorporating all core brand values and integrity throughout each interaction.
2. Consistently deliver a highly professional approach and outstanding service; communicate effectively and with empathy via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
3. Develop a digital client book with the ability to recruit and cultivate top clients.
4. Escalate client issues requiring further resources to the appropriate supervisor to ensure satisfactory resolution.
5. Ensure all client communications align with Dior's policies and processes.
6. Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when communicating with clients.
7. Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information according to Dior tools to retain current customers and identify new high-potential ones.
8. Drive to achieve and exceed planned KPIs, such as sales, clienteling, and client experience.
9. Recommend new and innovative approaches to address client concerns and share successful ideas within the team and department.
10. Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.

1. Bac+2 or equivalent from a higher education institution.
2. Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Strong sales negotiation skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
5. Client-first mindset.
6. Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
7. Strong knowledge of fashion trends.

Entry-level experience required, ideally within luxury sectors.

Bac+2 or equivalent from a higher education institution.
