- Consistently deliver a highly professional approach and outstanding service; communicate effectively and with empathy via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
- Develop a digital client book with the ability to recruit and cultivate top clients.
- Escalate client issues requiring further resources to the appropriate supervisor to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Ensure all client communications adhere to Dior policies and processes.
- Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when communicating with clients.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information using Dior tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
- Drive to achieve and exceed planned KPIs, such as sales, clienteling, and client experience.
- Recommend new and innovative approaches to address client concerns and share successful ideas within the team and department.
- Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.
- Bac+2 required from a higher education institution.
- Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
- Client-first mindset.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends.
Entry-level experience required, with a background in luxury client service preferred.
Bac+2 from a higher education institution.
