1. Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and addressing individual client needs with empathy and professionalism.

2. Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and one additional language at C2 level: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic.
4. Strong sales negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
7. Demonstrated client-first mindset.
