1. Provide exemplary client service by addressing specific client needs with empathy and effective communication.
2. Meet and exceed both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
3. Deliver a positive and courteous client experience, reflecting core brand values.
4. Resolve client issues professionally via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and social media.
5. Escalate unresolved client issues to supervisors for further action.
6. Ensure all client communications adhere to Dior policies and processes.
7. Demonstrate brand awareness and product knowledge in client interactions.

1. Bac+2 from a higher education institution.
2. Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Strong sales negotiation skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Client-first mindset with a passion for Christian Dior and its collections.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some experience in luxury client service environments.
