1. Assist the Boutique Manager in developing and optimizing boutique performance and profitability.
2. Manage the boutique team, ensuring excellence in operations and customer service.
3. Design the optimal organization structure and recruit suitable profiles for the boutique.
4. Drive performance and compensation management, ensuring people development and engagement.
5. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
6. Facilitate communication between management and associates.
7. Assist in defining and implementing action plans to achieve sales targets.
8. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
9. Monitor boutique KPIs and optimize boutique performance and profitability.
10. Coordinate sales promotion activities and implement CRM programs.
11. Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, supporting direct contact with VIPs.
12. Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies and oversee boutique operations.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee boutique expenses.
14. Solve operational problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
15. Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
