Christian Dior Deputy Store Manager

- Assist the Boutique Manager in developing and optimizing boutique performance and profitability.
- Design the optimum organization structure and recruit suitable profiles for the boutique.
- Drive performance and compensation management, ensuring people development and engagement.
- Manage, train, coach, and motivate the boutique team on a daily basis.
- Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and merchandising.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Assist in diagnosing and defining action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of action plans.
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Optimize boutique performance and profitability and monitor boutique KPIs.
- Participate in sales promotion activities and coordinate CRM programs.
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, supporting the Boutique Manager in building VIP contacts.
- Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage the back office and administration of the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Oversee boutique expenses and solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
- Minimize stock losses.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
