Christian Dior Deputy Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, monitoring and acting on sales turnover, conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
- Lead daily commercial follow-ups and sales briefings; identify and implement opportunities to maximise boutique performance and cross-category collaboration.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, cultivate relationships with high-value clients and VIPs, and drive client appointments, private presentations and proactive outreach.
- Coach and develop the boutique team through sales technique training, product knowledge sessions, performance reviews and clear communication of targets and expectations.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory and stock control, cash handling and reporting, visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.
- Act as the boutique lead in the absence of the Boutique Manager and coordinate with regional HR, Retail Operations and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail with prior supervisory or management responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and meeting retail KPIs.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coaching capability, with strong interpersonal and client-centric skills.
- Authorization to work in Saudi Arabia; role restricted to Saudi nationals (as specified).

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including supervisory or management roles, with demonstrable success in sales leadership, KPI achievement and team development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Management, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
