Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for the Women's Ready-to-Wear department.
- Coordinate and manage the team to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to Christian Dior standards.
- Optimize sales by attracting new clients and enhancing customer service.
- Develop a client network and act as a brand ambassador.
- Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs with the store director.
- Ensure high-quality merchandising in-store.
- Manage commercial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain relationships with key clients and anticipate their needs.
- Ensure quality data collection and update client files.
- Participate in CRM activities to increase purchase frequency.
- Organize boutique events and maintain a network for potential clients.
- Lead department performance through KPI analysis and action plans.
- Supervise, guide, and train the sales team.
- Participate in recruitment and integration of new team members.
- Provide ongoing training on product expertise and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular coaching and individual evaluations for team development.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in the luxury sector in a retail management role.
- Potential to be a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commercial attitude and digital proficiency.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
