- Oversee the development and management of sales within the Women's Ready-to-Wear department.
- Coordinate and manage the team to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to Christian Dior's quality standards.
- Optimize sales by attracting new clients and enhancing customer support and service.
- Develop a client network and act as a brand ambassador, participating in in-store events.
- Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs with the store director to maintain effective stock levels.
- Ensure high-quality merchandising standards in-store.
- Manage commercial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve boutique objectives.
- Cultivate client loyalty by building trust with key clients, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized choices and impeccable follow-up.
- Ensure quality data collection and client file updates.
- Increase revenue from existing clients by utilizing available tools.
- Participate in targeted CRM activities to boost purchase frequency among existing clients.
- Organize boutique events and maintain a network in environments with potential clients for the Maison.
- Lead department performance: track and analyze key indicators, propose action plans, deploy, and report results.
- Maintain a strong field presence.
- Focus on personnel management: supervise, guide, and train the sales team.
- Optimize the sales team's skills to enhance revenue growth.
- Participate in team recruitment: express needs and select candidates.
- Ensure proper integration of new team members.
- Provide continuous training on product expertise, new collections, and sales art.
- Observe and support individual development through regular coaching.
- Participate in individual seller evaluations and propose related development plans.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the luxury sector, specifically in retail team management.
- Potential to be a brand ambassador and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate the team through a positive attitude and commitment.
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Commercial mindset with digital proficiency.
- Fluency in French and English; additional foreign language skills are appreciated.
