Department Manager - Women's Ready-to-Wear

1. Develop and manage sales for the Women's Ready-to-Wear department.
2. Coordinate and manage the team to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to Christian Dior standards.
3. Optimize sales by attracting new clients and enhancing customer service.
4. Develop a client network and act as a brand ambassador.
5. Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs with the store director.
6. Ensure high-quality merchandising in-store.
7. Manage commercial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Maintain relationships with key clients and anticipate their needs.
9. Ensure quality data collection and update client files.
10. Participate in CRM activities to increase purchase frequency.
11. Organize boutique events and maintain a network for potential clients.
12. Lead department performance through KPI analysis and action plans.
13. Supervise, guide, and train the sales team.
14. Participate in recruitment and integration of new team members.
15. Provide ongoing training on product expertise and sales techniques.
16. Conduct regular coaching and individual evaluations for team development.

1. Five years of experience in the luxury sector in a retail management role.
2. Potential to be a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer experience.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
4. Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Commercial attitude and digital proficiency.
6. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
