1. Lead the department to drive sales and maximize performance opportunities.
2. Motivate and support the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

5. Foster client development and maintain excellent client relationships.
6. Act as a brand ambassador during private appointments and boutique events.
7. Manage and motivate the department to achieve exceptional results.
8. Set and monitor individual and departmental goals, providing feedback and coaching.
9. Promote a collaborative and diverse team environment.
10. Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to Dior's standards and procedures.
11. Act as the Boutique-in-charge in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
12. Collaborate with the back-of-house and merchandising teams on inventory management.

1. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.
