1. Oversee sales development and management within the department.
2. Report to the Store Manager, reinforcing the boutique's managerial structure.
3. Manage a product category and sales team, ensuring alignment with Christian Dior's brand standards.
4. Drive commercial performance and client growth.
5. Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
6. Ensure excellence in customer experience and service within the boutique.
7. Handle disputes in accordance with the brand's commercial policy.
8. Enhance client loyalty.
9. Monitor department performance, analyze key indicators, and propose action plans.
10. Co-animate objectives and motivate the team through daily briefings.
11. Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members.
12. Organize the boutique and manage stock efficiently.
13. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls.
14. Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director to the team.
15. Relay team feedback to the Boutique Director.
16. Foster a positive social climate and high performance within the department.
17. Disseminate information from headquarters.
18. Develop trust and collaboration with all boutique departments and European boutiques.

1. Minimum of 5 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
3. Sensitivity to fashion and product affinity.

1. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
2. Strong sense of service excellence and customer experience.
3. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.

A minimum of 5 years in team management within the luxury retail sector is required.
