1. Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards in alignment with Christian Dior's values.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service, fostering loyalty, and managing public relations.
3. Optimize sales by implementing customer loyalty strategies, organizing events, and providing excellent service.
4. Supervise visual merchandising to highlight products and ensure an attractive presentation.
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with area merchandisers to maintain an appropriate assortment.
6. Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Oversee boutique operations, including general procedures, internal control, stock management, product flow, and cash handling.

1. Minimum of 5 years of team management experience.
2. Comprehensive understanding of boutique operations, financial and budget management, and team leadership.

1. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
2. Sensitivity to the fashion industry.
3. Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
5. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in team management within a retail environment, with a strong grasp of boutique operations and financial management.
