Christian Dior Department Manager

- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers by all team members.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the yearly marketing calendar in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing budgets for the network.
- Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
- Participate in managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Boutique Manager.
- Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members and ensuring their achievement.
- Coach and train team members to enhance their performance.
- Identify and fulfill customer needs to exceed expectations.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury product setting.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Initiative and commercial creativity with a strong fashion sense.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, including 2 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
