1. Lead sales and operations for men's product categories to achieve sales targets.
2. Support and align with key business initiatives and product launches.
3. Strategize using KPIs to meet performance standards.
4. Implement action plans to develop sales for specific product categories and client segments.
5. Set clear objectives for the store team and monitor productivity, cross-selling, and client development.
6. Develop and implement top client strategies for the department.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, HR, and security procedures.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and set quantitative targets for inventory control.
9. Conduct coaching and counseling sessions with employees to review performance.
10. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
