1. Lead the department in driving sales and monitor performance to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide full floor support.
3. Enhance selling techniques, client relations, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional client service.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance.
5. Maximize client recruitment opportunities and maintain excellent client relationships.
6. Promote the use of Be Dior to increase client loyalty and support boutique events.
7. Manage and motivate the department to achieve exceptional results in sales and client development.
8. Set individual and department goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
9. Train and develop staff, identifying potential and planning career development.
10. Manage daily operations, act as Boutique-in-charge when necessary, and ensure store standards are met.
11. Cooperate with BOH and Merchandising team on inventory management and replenishment.

1. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at managerial level in luxury retail industry.
2. Target-oriented and client-centric with strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury fashion industry.
4. Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
