1. Manage the staff with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, overseeing coaching, talent development, and performance evaluation.
2. Lead the department team through briefings, goal setting, training, and feedback sharing.
3. Create a team spirit while motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
4. Maximize sales results and performance indicators for the product categories.
5. Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, fostering long-term relationships.
6. Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
7. Coordinate and monitor product category performance through analysis and reports.
8. Train the team on product knowledge and market trends.
9. Supervise stock management, organization, and maximization.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
