1. Manage and motivate the department team to maximize sales and ensure efficiency.
2. Oversee coaching, development, and performance evaluation of sales team members.

4. Maximize sales results and performance indicators for assigned product categories.
5. Cultivate and manage relationships with local and international clients.
6. Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
7. Coordinate and monitor product category performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
8. Train team members on product knowledge and market trends.
9. Involve in purchasing and restocking decisions for assigned categories.
10. Supervise stock management, organization, and inventory maximization.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing staff on correct execution.
